Roadtrippin' and Grandeur

I found my name!

It's a long drive from Northern California to Arizona (and back). A sleeping kitty, squeaking guinea pig, flash flooding and a tornado warning made for quite the adventure (Eloise also made a game of jumping in and out of her litter box, with the occasional impromptu "singing").
After Christmas my mother took us up to see the Grand Canyon; my first time seeing it! It's incredible! While there I tried to imagine the different tribes that lived there and how their lives were. What was their day-to-day like? It seems like such a spiritual place as well. More so, the rocks themselves where absolutely incredible...they looked so fragile. Much like stone that had been hidden underwater for a long time.
