Polka Dots and Miu Mius

I absolutely love winter light. Northern California seems to be fashionably late to the seasonal transitions, but it's got the light just perfect. This morning it was so dark at 9am, that I considered crawling back into the sheets and resting for a few more hours.

Of course, heading back under the covers is completely out of the question - especially today. My new camera has arrived! I am itching to get out and take photos of everything I possibly can. Eloise (my beautiful domestic longhair), is my newest muse. Today I captured some absolutely stunning photos that I cannot wait to share! (Consider yourself pre-warned of very photo heavy cat post soon approaching)

H&M sheer blouse, F21 skirt and blazer, Target polka dot tights, Miu Miu heels, Anthropologie bag
One thing is clear though: my new camera and I are going to need a wireless remote.

PS: Thank you so much for all your lovely comments on my last post! It's comforting to know that I am not the only one who experienced the bittersweet journey of trying to return "home". College is such an amazing experience/opportunity, I suppose it is only natural to want to keep those memories alive...
