About Face

Well, that was a fun little disappearing act I did yesterday. Sorry about that! Blogger wasn't behaving, and to say that I found myself frustrated would be an understatement. Moving on...
These two products are the newest addition to my skincare regimen. I have long since given up the eyeliner and mascara look simply because I couldn't ever find a product that would actually remove them (getting the product to stay in place is also an issue). This DHC Deep Cleansing Oil has me re-thinking eyeliner. The Obagi Nu-Derm toner was first brought to my attention by my dear friend Christina, and I hope to someday try to whole line. I hear it does wonders.

Tell me, do you have any products that you are trying out for the first time? Or have you already found your HG (holy grail) skincare?

Oh my gosh, my skin is TERRIBLE right now. I'm breaking out all over. I haven't found anything that works for me, yet. I'm on acne medication and even that isn't helping. I think I've tried every drugstore product out there, haha.

Actually, I've been trying out a few products and I'm pretty happy! I tend to break out but I found the perfect face cream for the Summer from La Roche-Posay. It moisturizes, adds a little bit of color and shimmer, has UV protection and is non oily. Perrrfect :D Good luck with your new skincare routine! :)

I really need a good product to remove eyeliner and mascara. I wear heaps of eyeliner and I am always so slack with taking it off. I'd like to know how this goes for you.

Ah, just what I was looking for. No more jojoba cream for me, I'm moving on to your prescribed facial regime Amber (in spirit at least).

Also, my blogger is acting up too. We should complain because it's not right. I had to write something out again because it went missing when I added an image.

Also, don't you think that Ellie Goulding has an awfully big chin? I can't focus on her lyrics because I just gaze at her magnificent chin. There's not many like it.

I finally went out and bought a cheap (garnier) BB cream. I'm not that impressed so far, I've never been a makeup wearer and I think I'll just go back to moisturizer, powder, and eyeliner...

I like to use a facial wash and facial scrub from The Body Shop. Feels good to exfoliate. I think it's important for men to have some form of skin care routine. :)
