Northern California is currently in the throes of an intense heatwave. Also, did I mention that I work in a textile warehouse?? Meaning if it's 97F outside, it's a hell of a lot hotter under the tin roof. In a twist of irony my Snapchat app has boycotted Fahrenheit, and will only communicate in centigrade terms. In other words, I really really look forward to this little cooler at the end of the work day!
This recipe is super easy to make: only three ingredients (4 if you're feeling sassy) and it whips up in three minutes or less. It's also vegan so it leaves you feeling great all around!
Recipe:
1 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of chopped watermelon
3-4 medium frozen strawberries
1-2 teaspoons of agave nectar
Blend until smooth!
