It seems to me that there really is nothing more fun than slightly inappropriate ensemble of polka dots.With a high neckline, and an Easter Sunday-like sash, tossed together with a certain je ne sais quoi of Pretty Woman (remember the dress worn for the derby scene?), this dress was begging to have it's slip hiked up.
