I am in love with this dress. I have been wanting a tulip hemmed dress for quite some time now, and I am so very honored that the ladies from Liv Fashion Boutique were so kind in giving this to me. It's everything that I like in a dress: easy to wear, bright neon pink, flirty and flattering. I cannot wait to try my hand at styling it other ways (it came with a fun little belt that is not pictured). I feel like I kick butt in this outfit: bright emerald, eye catching pink, and shoes that let you know I'm coming your direction. I swear these shoes take all my outfits to the "next level".
