Amber in Wonderland

Amber was beginning to get very tired of sitting next to her grandfather (who was asleep and had the music television station on mute), and having nothing to do...And while she did have a magazine with pictures, Martha Stewart and her watermelon cakes were starting to put her to sleep.

So she was considering in her own mind (as well as she could, for the hot day made her feel very sleepy and stupid), whether the pleasure of making a daisy- chain would be worth the trouble of getting up and picking the daisies, when suddenly a White Rabbit thought came to her head..."Why not go outside and play?"
So she did.

"If I had a world of my own, everything would be nonsense. Nothing would be what it is because everything would be what it isn't. And contrary-wise; what it is it wouldn't be, and what it wouldn't be, it would."

"Well, in out country," said Alice Amber, still panting a little, "you'd generally get to somewhere else -- if you ran very fast for a long time, as we've been doing."
"A slow sort of country!" said the Queen. "Now, here, you see, it takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must run at least twice as fast as that!"

" I can't explain MYSELF, I'm afraid, sir' said Alice Amber, `because I'm not myself, you see."
