Quiche is such an excellent dish: it whips up in minutes, and is popular all around. It's one of my favorite dishes to make!
One of my favorite things about pies, quiche, etc is the crust. Nothing is better than a flaky, butter crust that browns well up top, and holds well on the bottom.
