The thing about Northern California is that it will always be 55 degrees at some point in the day. Even if temperatures reach 93 at mid-afternoon, it will drop below 60 in a few hours. I've learned to always keep a coat in the car no matter what the season.
I've been wanting a dress like this for a long time; it's a style that I've liked for as long as I can remember. The '90s certainly had their curiosities when it came to fashion (and makeup), but a dark floral a-line dress will always have a soft spot with me. I feel like I'd be right at home with the cast of My So Called Life, Party of Five, or Friends.
