November Glossy Box Review

I ordered my first Glossybox this month. I had been listening online about the raves for some time, and I had wanted to see what the fuss was all about. The marketing is perfection from beginning to end. The packaging it arrived in was adorable! Warning if you haven't gotten your box yet, spoilers may be below!

 What was in the box:
  • Skin & Co Truffle anti-aging serum
  • Epionce Restorative anti-aging hand cream
  • Illamasqua eyeliner in Rowdy
  • Perfumies solid perfume stick in Cashmere Dreams
I love the hand cream: It's soft, thick, and slightly perfumed. It soaks into the skin quickly, and leaves the skin soft to the touch, and looking well moisturized. The truffle serum is a little sticky, and quite watery (as I suppose serums are supposed to be). What I am a little confused about is why a serum is in a squeeze tube. Too much product comes out at once. It takes a while in soak into the skin, and can feel somewhat sticky. I haven't really noticed much of a moisturizing effect, but it's only been 3 days. so we'll see!
The Perfumies is a fun, unexpected take on personal scents. What is surprising is how strong the perfume is! A cute idea - but I'm a little afraid I might mistake it for chapstick.
My least favorite in my November Glossybox is the eyeliner: This color is horrendous on me! I look jaundiced and sick, and slightly un-dead. The burnt orange, yellow undertones do absolutely for my skin tone. However, I think this will come in handy should I ever want to fool someone into thinking that I am much more ill than I really am.
