Jada Dress Part Deux

gap sexy boyfriend jeans, bariii blazer, brandy melville jada dress
I wore this outfit out to brunch last week, and I loved it so much that I had to find another excuse to wear it again!

Wearing: Bar III blazer // Brandy Melville Jada "dress" (Yes, I bought two! The other was posted here) // Gap Sexy Boyfriend jeans // Steve Madden heels // YSL make-up bag as clutch
A couple weeks ago I had asked for help picking which dress (well print, same dress) to pick while shopping at Brandy Melville. I ended up purchasing two of the same dress, this one being my second print. For some reason I can't quite figure out it is much shorter than the other one. Certainly not dress material, but a fun flirty top for sure.

Why I'm A•Mused: a pair of easy fitting boyfriend jeans paired with a loose cute top doesn't always make for a perfect pairing. But with a large pattern, a pop of color and jeans that taper at the ankle, I've got an outfit that is perfect for Sunday brunch, a casual office meeting, or movie night!

  6. Hi Joyce! I understand what you mean about bf jeans seeming difficult. I personally grew up with boot cut jeans all throughout my childhood/high school years, and then in college the skinny jean was the trend. So to have a jean that is essentially the direct opposite of either of those, it can seem like a real challenge! My suggestion is to mimic how you see them styled elsewhere, and the comfort level will follow. Just have fun!

  7. Amber! Sorry for the super delayed reply to your comment. Hope you didn't think I was butt hurt. LOL!! I'd love to hang out again. I'm free any time after this week :) And don't even worry about the pictures! I know you have a life outside of blogging.

By the way, this outfit is perfect. You made a loose top and boyfriend jeans look so glam and pretty. You look gorgeous!
