I love the holiday season. I love all the femininity that comes with it too: the frills and the bows, the sequins and glitter, and all the glitz and glamour. My red coat has been a big hit this season; I've consistently been complimented on how festive it is, or asked where I found it- just earlier this week a perfect stranger simply shouted "Where'd you get your coat?" from across the street! And indeed, it's one of my favorite coats to wear. The only thing is...it's almost 10 years old! I purchased it in college, and I've taken such good care of it that everyone assumes that it's brand new. I think that speak volumes to how long clothing will last us if we take care of them properly!
